Report Share. Typical fast food job. My boss is very flexible and gives me the hours i need. Some managers can be very lazy and expect you to be on top of every little thing while they sit in the office on their phone. Working here was the best decision I've ever made. This is the third job I"ve had all within the same year.

I would definitely suggest finding a different job offer. I was 17 at the time of working here and homeschooled so they would call me in at like 2pm and then make me work till 2am.

All of the people who you will be working with are very helpful and will give you assistance if you need it, however the hours are sometimes awkward and it may get overwhelming at periods of time.

The job is hard, customer for the most are rude and my boss wanted always to cause drama by spreading false rumors , so it was a toxic environment. I learned really a lot during that year but it really affected me in so many different levels.

You get overworked and the pay may seem semi-decent, but your well being and mental health are more important than a job under this company. They will overwork you with minimal staff, and upper management only care about sales, not the fact that nearly all of the staff below them are tired and worn out.

It is a great job for those looking for new skills, friends or fun work experience. The management are very good, listen considerately to their staff and want the best for you in the business. Team members look out for another when in need, the shifts will get faster as long as everyone keeps busy on shift. It is a job that goes a lot faster when you learn to use your own initiative.
