Comment by zesilo The reason the Chest doesn't spawn and you don't get any loot is because you bug out the phases and kill Freya way too soon.

A GM spoke to me in a ticket and said I was "too awesome and my dps was too good and didn't allow the boss to go through all her phases, killing Freya before the game knew what to do". So might I suggest, letting Freya's healing buff drop all the way and make sure she gets into her final phase, then light her up : Good Luck!
